Water Charge:
Charges are calculated based on the water used multiplied by the applicable rate(s) set

Sewer Charge:
If your commercial property has a separate irrigation tap your sewer consumption will be based off your domestic water use, per billing period.
If you do not have an irrigation tap, charges are based on the usage multiplied by the applicable rate(s) set forth below. Monthly sewer charges for commercial properties are calculated based on the water consumption indicated in the first winter billing of the previous year.
For example: Water consumption for January 2023 = 10k gallons. Monthly sewer rate for 2024 = $58.00=(10 x $5.80).
New sewer rates take effect on January 1, 2024.
