2024 District Infrastructure Replacement Project

Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District has contracted Concrete Works of Colorado Inc, to complete waterline replacements for our 2024 Infrastructure Replacement Project (IRP). Work is scheduled July 15th through September 30th 2024.

During construction a temporary water line will be installed to provide water service to the property during construction. As part of this construction, you will experience temporary disruptions to your water service. Notices will be provided 24 hours in advance of any outages.

No parking signs will be placed in the works areas in front of your residence. Please refrain from parking in these are during construction hours, vehicle impeding construction may be towed.

Work hours are expected to be Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Access to your residence may be impacted at times during working hours however, all efforts will be made to minimize these types of impact.

The projects require asphalt mill and overlay of the disturbed areas upon completion of the waterline replacement. This work will be scheduled separately. Advance notice will be provided for this work to ensure the area is clear for the paving operations.
